**Responsibilities**:

- Sales and Relationship Building: Leverage your sales experience to effectively promote and sell mortgage products. Cultivate strong relationships with clients, real estate professionals, and other stakeholders to generate new business opportunities
- Market Research: Stay informed about current market trends, interest rates, and industry developments to provide clients with accurate and up-to-date information. Conduct research to identify suitable loan products for various client scenarios
- Client Education: Educate clients on mortgage terms, conditions, and potential risks, ensuring they have a clear understanding of their financial commitments

**Qualifications**:

- Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking
- Proven sales experience, specifically in mortgage products
- Strong understanding of financial markets, mortgages, and regulations
- Results-driven with a focus on meeting sales targets
