TCS BPS IS HIRING FOR Mortgage Servicing role at BengaluruKindly go through the norms below and apply only if its relevant forJob Role: Mortgage ServicingJob Location: BengaluruExperience required:2 to 8 years of work experience in Mortgage Servicing domainJob Requirement:Any full-time graduate (10+2+3).Immediate joiners are preferred.Willingness to work in night shifts.Mode of Salary credit should be through banks from all the employers (No cash in hand)All educational and employment documents are mandatory to have.Skill Requirement: Experience in mortgage servicing, banking or financial services is preferredStrong understanding of mortgage products, loan processes and financial regulations in AustraliaGood Analytical skills, excellent judgment, logic and reasoningBeing Flexible for working in Multiple ShiftsComputer literate and strong familiarity with credit financial analysis techniquesExcellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently in a Team environmentJob Description:Providing Customer Service through daily interactions to create a relationship of mutual trust and confidence with customers.Understanding the customers circumstances and matching appropriate solutions through sound knowledge of practices, policies and procedures.Addressing and resolving customer concerns, inquiries, issues, or complaints.Preparing correspondence including payoff letters in a manner that reflects Bank policies and guidelines while protecting integrity of the customerCoordinate with solicitors, settlement agents and brokers for loan payoff, Coordinate with Indexing teams, credit teams etc. whenever required, follow up to meet the TAT requirementsData entry into systems such as loading direct debit instructions, offsets, or nomination, changing customer information, updating existing loan information, or initiating refunding transactions."TCS does not charge any fee at any stage of the recruitment & selection process.
