**Job Description**:

- Having 8 plus years of experience in ABAP and Webdynpro.
- Experience in RICEF
- Experience in abap Webdynpro including FPM. with Implementation or support experience
- Collaborate and Contribute in Functional, Technical, Design, Troubleshoot and in Issue Resolution Discussions and Meetings.
- Exhibit Ownership of end-to-end delivery of planned releases and in Zero Defect deliveries.
- Adhere to the committed project datelines.
- Positive Communication and interaction with Key stakeholders and work towards issue resolution.
- Devise, Design, Formulate and Fine tune Coding Practices and Policies to build Effective Solutioning, Strategies as well as build Organization Assets, Policies and Frameworks.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define technical solutions
- Writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code
- Testing and debugging code
- Documenting code and processes
- Prepare Estimations and adhere to committed release timelines. Communicate and negotiate with stakeholders on the estimates.
- Raise early flags and work towards resolving the Bottlenecks and aid in smooth transitions of the Project Delivery across the Regions and Domains.
- Ensure Adherence to Organization Quality Process Guidelines by the individual as well as the team.
- Provide Timely and accurate reporting on the Release Cycles, Issues to the Management at periodic intervals.
