Job Responsibilities:
ABAP Development: Design, develop, and implement ABAP programs, reports, forms, and
enhancements according to business requirements.

- Interfaces Management: Create and maintain interfaces between SAP and non-SAP systems
using technologies such as IDoc, RFC, BAPI, and Web Services.
- BW Development: Work on BW projects, including the extraction, transformation, and loading
(ETL) processes. Develop ABAP routines for data modeling and reporting.
- ODP Implementation: Implement and manage Operational Data Provisioning for data extraction
and replication, ensuring optimal performance and data integrity.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze existing ABAP code and BW processes for performance
bottlenecks and implement improvements.
- Documentation: Prepare technical documentation for all developments and ensure compliance
with company standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with functional teams, business analysts, and stakeholders to
understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience:

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in SAP ABAP development.
- Strong experience with SAP interfaces, BW, and ODP.
- Technical Skills:

- Proficient in ABAP programming, including Object-Oriented ABAP.
- Experience with data extraction techniques and data modeling in SAP BW.
- Familiarity with ODP concepts and implementations.
- Knowledge of integration technologies (IDoc, BAPI, RFC, Web Services).

- Must have worked with US/Europe based clients in onsite/offshore delivery model
- Should have very good verbal and written communication, technical articulation, listening and

presentation skills
- Should have proven analytical and problem-solving skills
- Should have demonstrated effective task prioritization, time management and internal/external

- Should be a quick learner, self-starter, go-getter and team player
- Should have experience of working under stringent deadlines in a Matrix organization structure
