**Job Title**: College IT Coordinator
**Location**: JAIN Paramedical college, Whitefield, Bangalore
**Employment Type**: Full-Time

**Job Overview**:
We are looking for an experienced **IT professional** to manage and support our college’s IT infrastructure. This role involves overseeing network and system performance, ensuring cybersecurity, offering technical support to staff and students, and maintaining IT operations across the campus.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Define and manage IT infrastructure, systems, and policies.
- Monitor and enhance IT system performance and security.
- Provide technical support to staff and students; troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Install, update, and maintain college software and hardware.
- Manage network, servers, web portals, administrative systems, CCTVs, and audio-visual devices.
- Implement data backup, recovery plans, and ensure compliance with IT policies.
- Communicate with staff, students, and parents regarding IT-related queries.
- Ensure IT operations are delivered within approved budget and resources.
- Coordinate and provide technical support for workshops, seminars, interviews, events, and other activities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelors in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience in IT administration, preferably in education.
- Strong knowledge of networks, systems, and cybersecurity.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month

Shift:

- Day shift

Work Days:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Whitefield, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
