- We are looking for an associate to perform a variety of Operations tasks provided by the management or requested by our internal department. An Associate’s responsibilities include working on Zoho Desk and catering to the requests coming to the service desk.

Responsibilities:
- Act on the service requests raised by the inter-department or management and complete the tasks within the set SLAs. - Aiding service requests around Development, Quality Assurance (Testing), and other essential segments of an engineering lifecycle. - Perform activities like reconciliation, claiming Coop funds to maintain the hygiene of rebates and discounts from the vendor.

**Requirements**:

- Must be graduate at-least in B.Tech./B.C.A. - Hands On Knowledge on MS Office Suite - Excellent verbal and written communications skills - Discretion and confidentiality. - Open to Learning new skills and implementing the same as per the requirement
