**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily operations of the VMC and CNC machine shop, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to production schedules.
- Manage and lead a team of machinists, providing training, support, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure that all machines are properly maintained and calibrated, coordinating maintenance and repairs as needed.
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Implement best practices for safety, quality control, and operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain production reports, tracking metrics such as output, efficiency, and quality.
- Identify areas for process improvement and work on implementing new techniques and technologies.
- Facilitate communication between departments to ensure alignment on project timelines and goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field; relevant experience may substitute for education.
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a machine shop environment, specifically with VMC and CNC machinery.
- Strong understanding of machining processes, tools, and techniques.
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and programming for CNC machines.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Commitment to safety and quality standards in the workplace.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
