We at CTS Mobility are hiring for the Project Coordinator and IT Support Technician who is going coordinate with clients based in US.

Location: Panchkula
Work mode: Work from office
Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply
- Shift Timings(US) - 8:00 pm - 5:30 am (Only Night Shifts)
- Five Days Working - Monday to Friday
- Week Off - Saturday & Sunday

**What specifically are we looking for?**
- An excellent Support technician must have good technical knowledge and be able to communicate effectively to understand the problem and explain its solution. They must also be customer-oriented and patient to deal with difficult customers.
- Tech savvy with working knowledge of office automation products, databases and remote control
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products

**Experience and Skills Required**:

- Proven work experience as a Technical Support, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician or similar role
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal

**Salary**: ₹10,001.90 - ₹24,363.44 per month

Schedule:

- Night shift

- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Panchkula, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
