**Responsibilities**:
We are looking for a Chartered Accountant who can:

- Take charge of the monthly/quarterly financial reporting, the consolidation package, and the adjustment entries to be made in the books in line with the notified accounting standards.
- Develop management dashboards in compliance with the internal reporting requirements involving profit center accounting, periodic provisioning, among other.
- Oversee the cash, bank, credit card, and other reconciliations.
- Develop the required financial insights to support decision-making whenever required.
- Develop/assist in the development of all budgets and cash flow forecasts to ensure the availability of cash when required.
- Monitor the finance management system and ensure proper budget control with the business teams.
- Implement relevant procedures and controls and ensure that they are followed.
- Improve tech and other systems, policies and procedures on an ongoing basis.
- Implement recommendations emanating from internal and external audits.

**Job Skills**:

- Tendency to be highly organized to deliver error-free output on time, every time.
- 100% ownership of the financial control process -- the one who would envision change and drive it.
- Ability to handle the entire process from basic data gathering to decision making to implementation independently from scratch.
- Adopt a consultative/consensus-seeking approach.
- Mastery of MS Excel -- the ability to slice and dice voluminous data (Knowledge of data analysis tools such as PowerBI would be helpful).
- Oriented towards automation of manual tasks making smart use of open-source (free) resources.
- Maturity of dealing with confidential/sensitive information.

**Salary**: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
