**Job Title**: Quantity Surveyor & Billing - MEP

**Location**: Bangalore
**Experience**: Minimum 1 year
**Industry**: MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) / Construction / Infrastructure
**Employment Type**: Full-Time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare **quantities take-off** and material requirement sheets from drawings/specifications.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of **client bills**, **subcontractor bills**, and **variation claims**.
- Conduct regular **site measurements** and reconciliation of quantities.
- Maintain billing records, work progress reports, and payment certifications.
- Coordinate with project engineers and site teams for accurate data collection.
- Monitor project budgets and costs to ensure alignment with the project plan.
- Support the procurement and estimation team with updated quantity data.
- Ensure all billing and QS documentation complies with contractual and company standards.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum **1 year of experience** in QS & Billing, specifically in **MEP projects**.
- Proficient in **MS Excel**, **AutoCAD**, and quantity estimation tools.
- Good knowledge of **MEP systems**, drawings, and project documentation.
- Strong communication, analytical, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
