GK Superspeciality Hospital is a 100-bedded multispeciality healthcare facility located in Narnaul, Haryana. We are dedicated to providing top-tier medical care, offering a wide range of specialized services to cater to the diverse needs of our community.

**1. Position: Nursing Incharge**
- Oversee and supervise all nursing staff in assigned wards, including ICU, Emergency, and general wards.
- Ensure smooth functioning of nursing services in accordance with hospital policies and protocols.
- Maintain quality standards of patient care, safety, and infection control.
- Coordinate with doctors, management, and other departments to ensure effective patient management.
- Prepare duty rosters, manage leave schedules, and allocate nursing staff accordingly.
- Train, mentor, and guide nursing staff for skill development.
- Monitor and ensure proper documentation of patient records, medication, and treatment plans.
- Participate in audits, inspections, and accreditation processes.

**Job Specifications (Requirements)**:

- Qualification: B.Sc. Nursing / M.Sc. Nursing / GNM (with relevant supervisory experience).
- Experience: Minimum **5 years of clinical experience**, with at least **2 years in ICU/Emergency/critical care** preferred.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills; ability to handle emergency situations effectively.
- Registration: Must be registered with State Nursing Council.

**2. Position: Nursing Staff**
- Provide nursing care to patients in ICU, Emergency, and general wards.
- Administer medications, IV fluids, and assist in medical procedures as directed by doctors.
- Monitor and record vital signs, patient progress, and treatment outcomes.
- Ensure strict adherence to infection control and patient safety protocols.
- Provide emotional support and patient education to patients and families.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in patient files and hospital records.
- Assist in emergency and critical care situations.

**Job Specifications (Requirements)**:

- Qualification: B.Sc. Nursing / GNM / ANM.
- Experience: Minimum **1-2 years of clinical experience**, preferably in ICU or Emergency.
- Skills: Good patient care skills, teamwork, attention to detail, and ability to work in shifts.
- Registration: Must be registered with State Nursing Council.
