Vacancy Announcement GK Superspeciality Hospital is a 100-bedded multispeciality healthcare facility located in Narnaul Haryana We are dedicated to providing top-tier medical care offering a wide range of specialized services to cater to the diverse needs of our community Our hospital is equipped with state-of-the-art medical technology and is supported by a team of highly experienced doctors specialists and paramedics who work together to ensure the best possible care for our patients Currently we are expanding our team and are looking for passionate skilled and dedicated healthcare professionals We invite applications from qualified and dedicated healthcare professionals for the following positions 1 Position Nursing Incharge Oversee and supervise all nursing staff in assigned wards including ICU Emergency and general wards Ensure smooth functioning of nursing services in accordance with hospital policies and protocols Maintain quality standards of patient care safety and infection control Coordinate with doctors management and other departments to ensure effective patient management Prepare duty rosters manage leave schedules and allocate nursing staff accordingly Train mentor and guide nursing staff for skill development Monitor and ensure proper documentation of patient records medication and treatment plans Participate in audits inspections and accreditation processes Job Specifications Requirements Qualification B Sc Nursing M Sc Nursing GNM with relevant supervisory experience Experience Minimum 5 years of clinical experience with at least 2 years in ICU Emergency critical care preferred Skills Strong leadership communication and organizational skills ability to handle emergency situations effectively Registration Must be registered with State Nursing Council 2 Position Nursing Staff Provide nursing care to patients in ICU Emergency and general wards Administer medications IV fluids and assist in medical procedures as directed by doctors Monitor and record vital signs patient progress and treatment outcomes Ensure strict adherence to infection control and patient safety protocols Provide emotional support and patient education to patients and families Maintain accurate and timely documentation in patient files and hospital records Assist in emergency and critical care situations Job Specifications Requirements Qualification B Sc Nursing GNM ANM Experience Minimum 1-2 years of clinical experience preferably in ICU or Emergency Skills Good patient care skills teamwork attention to detail and ability to work in shifts Registration Must be registered with State Nursing Council Benefits and Compensation Competitive salary package aligned with qualifications and experience Accommodation and complimentary meal services may be offered to eligible candidates Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in ICU and Emergency wards How to Apply Interested candidates may submit their updated CV along with relevant documents at Email gkhospital hr yahoo com Address G K Superspeciality Hospital Vill Azam Nagar Near Faizabad Chowki Narnaul Haryana Job Type Full-time Pay 8 086 00 - 44 904 77 per month Benefits Food provided Work Location In person
