**Job Title: Azure Security Architect**
**Overview**:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Azure Security Architect to join our team. As an Azure Security Architect, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust security solutions within Azure cloud environments. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our Azure infrastructure meets the highest standards of security, compliance, and resilience.

**Responsibilities**:

- ** Architecture Design**: Design and architect secure solutions within Azure cloud environments, ensuring alignment with industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and organizational security policies.
- ** Security Implementation**: Implement and configure security controls, including Azure-native security services such as Azure Security Center, Azure Sentinel, Azure Firewall, and Azure Active Directory (AAD). Develop and deploy security automation scripts and templates using tools like Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates, PowerShell, and Azure CLI.
- ** Identity and Access Management (IAM)**: Design and implement IAM solutions for Azure services, including role-based access control (RBAC), conditional access policies, multi-factor authentication (MFA), and privilege escalation management.
- ** Network Security**: Design and implement network security controls, including virtual network (VNet) segmentation, network security groups (NSGs), Azure DDoS Protection, and Azure Bastion.
- ** Data Protection**: Implement data encryption solutions using Azure Key Vault, Azure Disk Encryption, Azure Information Protection, and Azure Storage Service Encryption. Ensure data privacy and compliance with data protection regulations.
- ** Security Monitoring and Incident Response**: Configure and manage security monitoring tools to detect and respond to security threats and incidents effectively. Develop incident response playbooks and conduct security incident investigations and post-incident reviews.
- ** Compliance and Governance**: Ensure Azure environments adhere to relevant compliance standards, such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, and industry-specific regulations. Implement governance frameworks and controls to maintain compliance posture.
- ** Security Awareness and Training**: Provide guidance and training to internal teams on security best practices, threat awareness, and incident response procedures. Foster a security-conscious culture across the organization.
- ** Continuous Improvement**: Stay abreast of emerging security threats, vulnerabilities, and technologies in the Azure ecosystem. Evaluate and recommend security enhancements and optimizations to mitigate risks and improve overall security posture.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in IT security roles, with a focus on cloud security and Azure architecture.
- Industry certifications such as Azure Security Engineer Associate, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP), or equivalent.
- In-depth knowledge of Azure cloud services, architecture, and security features.
- Strong understanding of security principles, standards, and frameworks (e.g., NIST Cybersecurity Framework, CIS Controls).
- Experience with security assessment tools, vulnerability scanning, and penetration testing methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex security concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and drive security initiatives to completion.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
