**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage extensively with clients to comprehend their property requirements and preferences thoroughly.
- Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products to clients.
- Initiate proactive sales calls to establish connections with potential clients.
- Skillfully negotiate and finalize new business deals while managing requirements and contract negotiations efficiently.
- Identify potential business opportunities through proactive prospecting and outreach efforts.
- Set and diligently pursue yearly targets and objectives.
- Identify new opportunities through insightful analysis of business needs.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum requirement: Bachelor's degree.
- Experience: 0 - 5 years.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
