- Report bugs in a clear, concise, and reproducible manner.
- Collaborate with developers to diagnose, troubleshoot, and fix bugs.

**Qualifications**:

- Basic knowledge of web development concepts, such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Basic knowledge of Database structures & SQL queries is a must.
- Basic knowledge of API testing would be an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for usability issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with developers and other team members.
