**Position**: IT Recruiter/HR Generalist
**Location**: Noida

We are looking for a versatile and experienced IT Recruiter cum HR Generalist to join our team. This role combines IT recruitment expertise with general HR responsibilities, ensuring seamless operations in talent acquisition and HR management.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**IT Recruitment**:

- Manage the entire recruitment process for IT roles, from job posting to offer negotiation.
- Write tailored job descriptions based on input from the management team.
- Design and create engaging infographics for job postings using tools like Canva.
- Utilize various recruitment tools and professional networks to attract top talent.

**HR Operations**:

- Track employee leave records and assist in preparing data for salary processing.
- Provide HR support in employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
- Assist with grievance handling and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

**HR Policy and Program Development**:

- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and programs aligned with company goals.

**Social Media Management**:

- Maintain and update the company’s social media pages with regular posts to enhance employer branding.

**Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate recruitment and HR records, ensuring all documentation is up to date.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 2-3 years of experience in IT recruitment and HR operations.
- **Education**: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

**Skills**:

- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to resolve HR-related issues efficiently and effectively.
- Digital mindset with adaptability to shifting priorities.
- Comfortable with multitasking and eager to acquire new skills.
- Self-driven and capable of working independently with mínimal supervision.
- **Flexibility**: Willingness to take on diverse responsibilities and contribute to the company's growth.
