**Overview**:

- Full -Time: ONSITE 5 days
- Hours: US PST time zone (Night Shift)

**Here's what you'll bring to the table**:

- Strong understanding of the full recruitment life cycle, from screening resumes to onboarding new hires
- Ability to source and attract top IT talent through various channels, including job boards, social media (LinkedIn expertise a plus), and direct client outreach
- Knowledge about Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an added advantage
- A self-motivated and results-oriented approach, with a commitment to exceeding growth targets
- Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-changing environment
- Willingness to work night shifts (PST)

**Skills Requirements**:

- Familiarity with the entire recruitment lifecycle
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Ability to work diligently and deliver results on schedule.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
