ECommerce / Support Manager
Location : Work from home
Timings: Mon to Sat 10 - 6

**Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Fluent in English & Hindi
- Have a laptop for sole use
- Comfortable with Excel & Word
- Patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations

1. Manage whatsapp support
2. Logistics coordination with warehouse, factory and courier partner
3. Stock management on website and marketplaces( Amazon, Firstcry etc.)
4. Generate codes on website
5. On boarding in new marketplaces
6. Management of Returns on website and marketplaces
7. Compiling invoices for gst submission

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- E-commerce: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)
