Job Profile: Ecommerce Executive

Location: Lower Parel

Job Responsibility:
Handling backend Dashboard of Ecommerce portal.

Handling customer's complaint (return, refund and payment issue etc.)

Up keeping and implementing of all digital brand assets both internally and externally.

Listing of all the products according to the specified categories.

Update existing product content on both brand and key retailer websites, while adding new products where applicable.

Coordinate with brand and marketing teams to ensure product content is accurate, correctly nested, and properly distributed

Handling online seller panel like Amazon.In, Flipkart,

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- E-commerce: 1 year (preferred)
