Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Provide technical support to end-users for computer hardware, software, and network-related issues.

2. Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals such as printers, scanners, and mobile devices.

4. Perform regular maintenance tasks such as system updates, antivirus scans, and backups.

5. Troubleshoot network issues including LAN/WAN connectivity, routers, switches, and firewall configurations.

6. Collaborate with other IT staff to implement and support IT projects and initiatives.

7. Maintain documentation of IT systems, configurations, and procedures.

8. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry best practices for IT security and data protection.

9. Provide training and guidance to end-users on IT-related topics as needed.

10. Stay informed about emerging technologies and trends in the IT field.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

2. Proven experience as an IT Technician or similar role.

3. Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), and productivity software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).

4. Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).

5. Experience with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a timely manner.

6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing outstanding customer service.

7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

8. Industry certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified Professional) are a plus.


Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
