**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and generate new leads through market research, cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Understand client needs and offer solutions that align with their business goals.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM tools.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services.
- Provide timely feedback to management regarding market trends and customer needs.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of the local market and customer base.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus.
