**JOB DESCRIPTION** Skills and Knowledge**:

- Possess good knowledge of python - ability to leverage LLM, openAI and create / train model for AI use case
- Drive automation of new and existing processes using data transformation tools like Alteryx and Tableau
- Build, maintain and enhance Alteryx data transformation workflows. Deploy workflows to tool server.
- Create, manage and enhance analytics dashboards in Tableau / Qlik
- Manage and deploy dashboards to the firm-wide server
- A good understanding of the development life cycle
- Good analytical skills
- Good decision-making ability

**Solution Designing, Testing and Production Issues**:

- Liaison with key business partners to ensure appropriate solution design
- Partner with the global PAG team for accurate and timely UAT
- Assist in writing testing scripts for the various projects
- Participate in all aspects of UAT and Feedback Loops for technology enhancements
- Respond in a timely fashion to inquiries for any prod issues

**Teamwork and Mentoring**:

- Support ongoing development of Data Analytics framework by partnering with business to identify requirements, support new users and train new team members in using the toolset
- Effectively drive teams toward robust set of delivery milestones. Understand and mitigate risks, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies in development lifecycle.
- Demonstrate governance by ensuring that: (a) work streams and initiatives are tracked and actively managed, (b) KPI’s are agreed, measured and tracked, (c) deliverables are properly prioritized and sequenced, (d) risks are addressed and status measured, and (e) deliveries are successful.
- Develop and maintain deep relationships with delivery partners across including senior leaders in the Business, Technology, Design, Operations, and control functions across lines of business.
- Partner with technology teams on enhancement workflow and prioritization, in conjunction with day to day production necessities
- Monitor control practices to ensure compliance with corporate and business standards

Qualifications - Internal

KEY COMPETENCIES ESSENTIAL FOR THE JOB
- 5-6 years of experience in program management leading strategic or transformational change, preferably with experience in wealth management, asset management, digital banking, or a closely related business
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Computer Science and relevant work experience required
- Experience in data transformation tools, such as Python and Alteryx
- Experience in data visualization tools, such as Tableau
- Enhanced data mining skills using SQL, SAS, Python or other equivalent tools
- Extensive experience in project delivery across multiple streams with varying timelines, priorities and complexities.
- Demonstrated ability to manage tight delivery timelines, and ensure our organization is on track to execute and deliver strategic change that meets our goals.
- Proven ability to execute via successful internal partnerships with other organizations - with the ability to influence people at all levels across a broad variety of job functions.
- Structured thinker, effective communicator with excellent written communication skills. Ability to crisply articulate complex technical concepts to senior audiences with poise and confidence.
- Strong understanding of different technological development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and design techniques with ability to successfully lead regardless of approach.
