Marketing Executive

You will be responsible for handling day-to-day marketing communication with customers via WhatsApp and SMS, driving engagement, promotions, and lead generation.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Plan and execute bulk WhatsApp marketing and SMS campaigns
- Create and schedule promotional, transactional, and informational messages
- Manage customer contact lists and segment audiences for targeted outreach
- Track campaign performance (open rate, click-through rate, responses, etc.)
- Handle customer queries and responses via WhatsApp Business API or platforms
- Coordinate with the content and design team for creative message content
- Stay updated with platform policies and ensure compliance (DND, TRAI, WhatsApp rules)
- Maintain detailed reports and logs of all campaigns and response metrics
**Requirements**:
- Basic understanding of WhatsApp Business API, bulk SMS tools (like Textlocal, MSG91, etc.)
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Good command of written English and/or regional language (for message creation)
- Knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets for database management
- Ability to work independently and handle high-volume communication
**Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory)**:
- Experience with CRM tools and contact management
- Knowledge of digital marketing and lead generation strategies
- Familiarity with automation tools or bulk messaging software
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹8,895.61 - ₹29,726.51 per month
