**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install, configure, and maintain Microsoft SQL Server databases.
- Monitor database performance and implement tuning strategies.
- Perform regular backups, restores, and disaster recovery planning.
- Manage database security, user roles, and access controls.
- Automate routine tasks using T-SQL, PowerShell, or other scripting tools.
- Troubleshoot database issues and provide 24/7 support for critical systems.
- Collaborate with developers to optimize queries and database design.
- Maintain documentation for database configurations, procedures, and policies.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience as an MS SQL DBA.
- Strong knowledge of SQL Server 2016/2019/2022.
- Proficiency in T-SQL, stored procedures, triggers, and indexing.
- Experience with SQL Server Agent, SSMS, and SQL Profiler.
- Familiarity with high availability (HA) and disaster recovery (DR) solutions like Always On, Log Shipping, and Replication.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with cloud-based SQL (Azure SQL, AWS RDS).
- Knowledge of SSIS, SSRS, and SSAS.
- Understanding of data warehousing and ETL processes.
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., MCSA, MCSE) are a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹321,590.18 - ₹1,320,370.69 per year
