So, what do we do differently? We focused on making the basics the heroes of our brand. To this day, we only offer 10 carefully curated styles. It might seem unconventional in an industry where variety is often seen as the key to success, but we've not only made it possible; we've made it profitable. WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR ?

We are looking for an enterprising individual who has a knack for garment construction and understanding of patterns at सादा / SAADAA.

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ?
- Take ownership of the Product lifecycle from Design to Production.
- Responsible for managing the design process from concept to completion while ensuring alignment on priorities and direction
- Analyzing sales figures, customers reactions, and market trends to anticipate product needs
- Create and present design boards for all categories showcasing silhouette, fabric, pattern and color range
- Managing the product lineup and ensuring timelines are met for production for the same.
- Create detailed tech packs/spec sheet for coordination with vendors
- Works with vendors for development sampling and initial costs
- Manages counter costing; Handling samples; Tracking fit approvals; Tracking lab dips - Following up with vendor on system-updates
- Manages wear-test samples and tailoring samples
- Ensures Systems are updated with costs and details
- Resolve any quality issues in the garments received from the suppliers.
- Conduct vendor audits to ensure quality standards are being met
- Attend fittings to ensure product is on calendar and within cost parameters, problem solving when needed
- Works closely with production partners to ensure design packages are complete and accurate.
- To make assurance that all quality standards are followed on the production floor with the help of the quality team.
- Supervising the entire Quality Analysis Team.

WHO YOU ARE ?
- Bachelor’s Diploma / Degree in Fashion Technology or engineering in têxtile technology
- Exceptional understanding of Fabric & Fabric processing
- Technical understanding of pattern and fit development of garments
- Proven working experience in merchandising / product development
- Merchandise Sourcing Knowledge - Experience in sample development and with offshore production exposure; in large-sized buying office or Export house
- Knowledge of advanced excel
- Understanding of product lifecycle management tools like WFX, Apparel magic etc.
