**Job Description: AR Caller**

**Position**: Accounts Receivable (AR) Caller

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Resolve Discrepancies**: Address billing issues, disputes, and provide necessary documentation.
- **Maintain Records**: Update customer accounts with payment status and communication details.
- **Monitor Aging Reports**: Prioritize collections based on outstanding amounts and payment deadlines.
- **Provide Support**: Ensure a positive customer experience while ensuring timely payment.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Previous AR or customer service experience preferred.
- **Skills**: Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- **Tools**: Proficiency in MS Office and AR sof

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Cold calling: 1 year (preferred)
- tele sales: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Hindi (preferred)
- English (preferred)
