NOTE: ENGLISH AND HINDI MANDATORY

**Responsibilities**:
Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to potential clients who have shown interest in our PhD assistance services or have inquired about our offerings, using both Hindi and English as necessary.

Client Engagement: Engage with potential clients in a professional and friendly manner, providing information about our services, addressing their queries, and guiding them through the process, using Hindi and English fluently.

Lead Conversion: Work to convert inquiries into sales by effectively presenting the value and benefits of our PhD assistance services in both Hindi and English.

Relationship Building: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and provide ongoing support and guidance throughout their engagement with us, utilizing both languages.

Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information and interaction records in our CRM system, ensuring bilingual records are kept.

Achieve Targets: There are No Targets But If You Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead conversion and revenue generation, using your bilingual skills Incentives will Be There

Feedback: Collect and communicate client feedback and suggestions to the management team to improve services and client satisfaction, effectively utilizing Hindi and English.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.

Excellent fluency in both Hindi and English, both written and verbal.

Persuasive and enthusiastic in your approach in both languages.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with potential clients in both languages.

Goal-oriented and self-motivated, with a desire to achieve sales targets.

Previous experience in telesales or telecalling is an advantage.
