
Field Sales Executive

**Job Summary**:
As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for actively seeking out and engaging customer prospects in your designated geographic area. Your primary goal will be to drive sales and revenue growth by promoting our products or services and building strong customer relationships. This position involves regular travel within your assigned territory.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Prospecting and Lead Generation**:Identify and target potential customers through market research, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Develop and maintain a database of qualified leads.
**Sales Presentations**:Present and demonstrate company products or services to potential customers.
Effectively communicate the value proposition and benefits of the offerings.
**Negotiation and Closing**:Understand customer needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
Negotiate terms and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
**Customer Relationship Management**:Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent post-sale support.
**Sales Reporting**:Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, including customer interactions, sales activities, and forecasts.
Prepare regular sales reports for management.
**Market Insights**:Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
Provide feedback to the company on product/service improvements and market opportunities.
**Travel**:Regularly visit clients and prospects within the designated sales territory.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven track record in field sales or a related role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
**Additional Requirements**:
- Ability to work flexible hours and travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Willingness to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs.
**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
