**Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Delivery**: Teach undergraduate courses in Sanskrit literature, grammar, and language studies in accordance with the academic syllabus.
- **Lesson Planning**: Design and implement effective lesson plans and teaching materials that encourage student participation and comprehension.
- **Student Assessment**: Conduct evaluations through tests, assignments, and classroom interactions, and provide timely and constructive feedback.
- **Research and Development**: Stay updated on the latest research in Sanskrit studies and integrate relevant insights into the classroom.
- **Mentorship**: Guide and support students in their academic and career journeys, including mentoring for competitions or exams.

**Qualifications**:

- **Educational Background**: M.A. in Sanskrit (Ph.D. preferred but not mandatory)
- **Experience**: 2 to 4 years of teaching experience in a higher education institution, preferably in a degree college.

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in classical and modern Sanskrit.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with online teaching platforms and educational software.
- Ability to inspire and engage students with diverse learning needs.

**Screening Process**:

- **Written Test**: Subject-related exam to evaluate depth of knowledge in Sanskrit.
- **Proficiency Test**: Evaluation of skills in MS Office and digital teaching tools.
- **Teaching Demonstration**: A sample lecture to assess pedagogical effectiveness.
