Option 1:

  • Trainer 1: Responsible for both Digital Fluency and Logical Reasoning
  • Trainer 2: Responsible for all other subjects (Business Communication, Customer Engagement and Sales Mastery, Interview Readiness, Domain Awareness)

Trainer 1 (Digital Fluency and Logical Reasoning)

  • Mandatory:

  • Bachelors degree in IT/Computer Science/Mathematics or related field

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience teaching digital fluency and logical reasoning or IT-related aptitude for employment readiness programs

  • Proficiency in common workplace software (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace) and experience with logical reasoning requirements in Indian competitive exams and campus placements

  • Preferred:

  • Master's degree in IT/Digital Literacy/Mathematics or related field

  • Certifications in digital tools/IT skills/reasoning tests
  • Experience in conducting trainings that combine IT skills and reasoning tests for employability

Trainer 2 (All Other Subjects)

  • Mandatory:

  • Bachelor's degree in English/Communication/Business/Marketing/HR/Psychology or a relevant domain

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in teaching communication skills, business, HR, or domain awareness, with a focus on employability and entry-level roles

  • Understanding of sales techniques, customer interaction, interview techniques, and domain-specific knowledge

  • Preferred:

  • Master's degree in English/Communication/Business/Marketing/HR/Psychology or a related discipline

  • ESL certifications (TESOL, TEFL)/certifications in Sales/Customer Service/Career Counseling
  • Experience in conducting workshops for employability skills, sales mastery, and interview preparation for college students

Option 2:

  • Trainer 1: Responsible for Digital Fluency
  • Trainer 2: Responsible for Logical Reasoning
  • Trainer 3: Responsible for all remaining subjects (Business Communication, Customer Engagement and Sales Mastery, Interview Readiness, Domain Awareness)

Trainer 1 (Digital Fluency)

  • Mandatory:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science or related field

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital literacy or IT training

  • Proficiency in common workplace software (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace)

  • Preferred:

  • Master's degree in IT/Digital Literacy

  • Certifications in digital tools/IT skills
  • Experience in training students on basic digital literacy and employability-related IT skills

Trainer 2 (Logical Reasoning)

  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics/Statistics or related field

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience teaching logical reasoning for employment readiness programs

  • Familiarity with logical reasoning requirements in Indian competitive exams and campus placements

  • Preferred:

  • Master's degree in Mathematics or related field

  • Experience in preparing students for reasoning tests in campus placements and job interviews

Trainer 3 (All Other Subjects)

  • Mandatory:

  • Bachelor's degree in English/Communication/Business/Marketing/HR/Psychology or a relevant domain

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in teaching communication skills, business, HR, or domain awareness, with a focus on employability and entry-level roles
