**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Course Planning and Scheduling**:

- Organize and oversee the scheduling of courses, lectures, and exams to ensure smooth academic delivery.
- Collaborate with faculty members to create course materials, including syllabi, assignments, and assessments.
- Coordinate room allocations, equipment needs, and other logístical requirements.
- **Student Support and Communication**:

- Act as a primary point of contact for students regarding course-related inquiries, registration, and curriculum guidance.
- Assist students with understanding course requirements, deadlines, and academic policies.
- Monitor student attendance, performance, and progress, addressing any issues or coordinating additional support if needed.
- **Faculty Coordination and Support**:

- Serve as a liaison between faculty and administration, assisting with materials preparation, reporting, and scheduling adjustments.
- Provide faculty with necessary resources, including updated curriculum guidelines, student data, and course-related materials.
- Coordinate feedback from faculty and students to continually improve course content and delivery.
- **Course Evaluation and Reporting**:

- Collect and analyze course feedback from students and faculty to assess satisfaction, engagement, and learning outcomes.
- Prepare regular reports on course performance, including attendance, grades, and completion rates.
- Suggest improvements to course design, assessment methods, and content delivery based on feedback and data analysis.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain accurate records of student enrollment, grades, and other important documentation.
- Coordinate with other departments, including admissions, finance, and student services, for cohesive course management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
