We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Course Coordinator. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth functioning of our academic programs. You will collaborate closely with faculty members, students, and administrative staff to facilitate a seamless learning experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Students course scheduling, ensuring optimal use of resources and faculty availability.
- Faculty/Visiting Faculty Scheduling.
- Collaborate with faculty to develop and update course materials, syllabi, and assessment strategies.
- Assist in the implementation of innovative teaching methodologies and educational technologies.
- Manage course registration and student enrollment processes with Mumbai University & MESC.
- Liaise with various departments to address student inquiries, concerns, and special accommodations.
- Organize and oversee academic events, workshops, and seminars.
- Monitor and evaluate course evaluations and feedback, suggesting improvements where necessary.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress, attendance, and grades.
- Support faculty in preparing and submitting academic reports and documentation.
- Contribute to the development of academic policies and procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in related fields is preferred & Master’s degree is Big Plus.
- 3+ years of experience in academic administration or coordination.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using educational technologies and learning management systems, CRM & ERP..
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
- Problem-solving mindset and the ability to adapt to changing situations.
- Knowledge of NEP, University Audits ( NAAC, UGC) are preferred.
