- Need strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Need to implement and plan sales strategies.
- Require a Sales Experience in the relevant field is mandatory**(B2B in Electronics or Electrical)**.
- Sales executive need to research and understand the market competition.
- Need to generate and follow up pre given list of the clients and submit monthly sales report.
- Needs to negotiate the sales deals with the client balancing the need of the client with the interests of the organisation.
- Sales executive needs to create proposals and makes bid for business.
- To maintain proper record for sales and ensure the proper sales report and books are maintained by the accounts department.
- Need to work towards monthly and annual sales targets.
