**Scope and Responsibilities**:
**WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**

An individual who is passionate about design, detail-oriented, and possesses the ability to bring our brand vision to life through compelling visual assets.

**WHAT WILL YOU DO?**

Create visually compelling designs for digital, performance, and offline marketing campaigns, including but not limited to:

- Website banners and visuals
- Print advertisements
- Brochures and flyers
- Presentations and more.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute design concepts that align with the brand identity and messaging.
- Maintain consistency in design elements across all marketing materials to ensure brand integrity.
- Shoot and deliver video projects in office within tight deadlines, such as editing promotional and daily market update videos.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design and incorporate innovative techniques into our designs.

**HOW WILL YOU GET IN?**
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-2 years) in graphic design, preferably in the financial industry
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and basic video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Final Cut Pro)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and concepts.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality designs that resonate with our audience.
- Ability to adapt to evolving priorities and work well under pressure.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and web design principles is a plus.
