**Key Responsibilities**
- Edit long-form content (YouTube videos, podcasts, testimonials).
- Create short-form content (Reels, TikTok-style edits, ad creatives).
- Work with hooks, transitions, captions, trending sounds, and memes.
- Add overlays, B-roll, background music, and SFX to enhance storytelling.
- Repurpose existing footage into multiple formats for different platforms.
- Follow brand guidelines to maintain premium, cinematic quality.
- Collaborate with content creators, marketing team, and designers to brainstorm creative ideas.
- Stay updated with editing trends, especially in **beauty, lifestyle, and transformation storytelling**.

**Required Skills**:

- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Strong storytelling sense - ability to build emotional & curiosity-driven edits.
- Experience with YouTube, Instagram, and Meta Ads video formats.
- Knowledge of color grading, audio balancing, and cinematic transitions.
- Ability to create thumbnails & basic motion graphics (bonus).
- Creative mindset + speed (must meet fast deadlines).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
