**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers warmly and guide them through our menu of handcrafted popsicles and desserts.
- Suggest flavours based on customer preferences and popular picks.
- Offer tastings where applicable to help guests discover new favourites.
- Ensure the store is clean, presentable, and stocked at all times.
- Handle orders efficiently and manage billing at the counter.
- Assist with store-level promotional activities and campaigns.
- Collect customer feedback and share insights with the team.
- Create a fun, welcoming, and memorable in-store experience for all visitors.
- Maintain hygiene and food safety standards as per company policy.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Strong communication skills with a warm, approachable personality.
- Prior experience in hospitality, QSR, or café service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Passion for desserts, food presentation, and customer service.
- Willingness to learn about products, ingredients, and flavour pairings.
- Ability to work on weekends, holidays, and peak hours.
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
