Job description:
Urgently Looking for “Executive-Store Department, for Gandhinagar
- This position possesses Excellent Communication skills in speaking English, Mail Drafting Skills along with followups from vendors & clients.
- Any Graduates, MBA Freshers & Experienced Certified Supply Chain Management Post Graduates Professionals will consider for this Position.
- This position requires good working Knowledge of Computer especially on MS-Office,Excel,Mail Outlook,Working knowledge in SAP & ERP system handling
- Require Knowledge of handling of Store Operations & Commercial understanding

**Role’s & Responsibilities:

- **

**Team Management**:

- Planning & monitoring daily work schedule.
- Taking Daily Reporting of all Store Assistant's.
- Look after of Team Motivation by daily Coordination,Resolution of daily team issues & helping them in their daily functions & work duties.

**Handling of In-Ward Materials:

- **
- Daily checking & verification of Store Materials along with Purchase Orders & GRN.
- Tracking of Goods & Couriers - Inform to Concern person.
- Resolve-Rejection Materials & Non-Movable Materials
- Making & Maintaining all In Ward Entries in ERP & SAP.

**Handling of Out-Ward Materials:

- **
- Responsible for Planning of Dispatch Materials.
- Responsible for Manage Transportation along with handling of weight Calculation & Rate
- Handling of labor - Documents -Challan, LR,Check Form 402,E-waybill.

**Material Tracking & Planning:

- **
- Tracking of Courier along with Material Delivery Confirmation.
- Preparation of Material QC-Report along with Checking of FG QC.

**Stock Level & Verification:

- **
- Counting & verification of Stock along with preparation of Stock take MIS data preparations of GN & Branch Office
- Prepare Stock Requisition along with initiating followups.

**MIS Reports & Other:

- **
- Preparation & Maintaining of Store MIS reports.
- Maintaining Sales reports, Serial Numbers Reports,Production Reports.
- Making & Maintaining Transporter & Courier billing MIS.
- Observation & Checking of Store Area & Goods Cleaning activity.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month + Bonus + PF + ESIC + Rs. 5 Lakh of GPA Insurance + 29-Yearly Leave's Benefit
