**Liaison Officer/Real Estate/Construction Firm**
Min Work Experience**:1 to 2 Year of experience in Real estate Company**
Location**:Hyderabad**
**Roles and Responsibilities**
1.Interacting and coordination with various local bodies and govt departments for necessary approvals
2. Responsible for NOCs/Renewals/Permissions/Approvals etc. from government bodies for smooth functioning. Coordinating with Land/Revenue/Municipal Corporation/Labor/Electricity etc.
3. Maintain & strengthen relationships with govt. Departments
4. Acquiring all approvals of building related to Govt Bodies
5. Co-ordination for all types of Govt Bodies drawings.
6. Site visit with Govt Bodies Engineer.
7. Coordination with external architects / consultants.
8. Coordination with various Govt Bodies
9. Taking timely approvals from management at minimum cost
- Must be a Graduate.
- 4 Wheeler Driving experience with valid License
- Around 2 years of experience would be plus
- Should have good admin qualities.
- Knowledge in obtaining necessary approvals from govt authorities
- Good Planning and Organizing skills
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
