We have a **high-priority vacancy** for **Site Incharge** at the **Patratu location** for the **BHEL Project**.

**Position**: Site Incharge
**Project**: BHEL
**Location**: Patratu
**Salary**: ₹30,000 - ₹35,000 per month
**Qualification**: B.Tech or Diploma in Electrical Engineering
**Experience**: Minimum **2.5 to 3 years**
**Immediate Joiners Preferred**

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the overall operations and management of the site, ensuring smooth and timely project execution.
- Coordinate with the project team, vendors, and clients to meet project goals.
- Supervise site activities, including electrical installation, testing, and commissioning, to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines and budget constraints.
- Monitor day-to-day operations of the electrical team, providing guidance and support as required.
- Manage material procurement and ensure proper inventory management on-site.
- Conduct regular site inspections and identify areas for improvement or potential risks.
- Prepare and maintain progress reports, ensuring stakeholders are kept informed of project status.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards, promoting a safe working environment.
- Troubleshoot issues on-site and work with the team to resolve them promptly.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
