Sales Coordinator (Male/Female) - With a minimum of 01 to 4 years experience in hospitality Industry, Freshers must welcome

Salary Range
- 15,000 to 35,000 CTC p.m

Sales Coordinator Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Answer telephone and respond to caller inquiries in a pleasant manner.
2. Answer client / bookers questions about property facilities/services (e.g., hours of operation, rates and room types, packages, promotions, entertainment, restaurants etc.)
4. Responsible for coordinating internally with the sales & marketing team.
5. Generating reports, preparing proposals, collections details, coordinating with clients & suppliers.
6. Prepare sales-related documents throughout the sales process (e.g., proposals, contracts, banquet event orders, CVGR Letter).
7. Assist sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information..
8. Record, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings.
Interaction with client in regards to leads, hotel needs and client travel.
09. Perform hotel site tours with potential clients.
10. Monitor, screen, respond to and distribute incoming communications.
11. Establishes strong relationships with vendors to ensure maximization of hotel revenue.
12. Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
13. Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material are available at all times.

Prerequisites:
Speak with others using clear and professional language.
Prepare and review written documents accurately and completely.
Working knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures.
Excellent customer service skills.

**Education**:
Diploma or degree, Good computer skills;

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
