**Job Title: Social Media Marketing Executive**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Content Creation**:Develop and curate engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and graphics.
Create content calendars and plan campaigns to align with marketing goals and seasonal events.

**Social Media Management**:Manage and maintain social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
Stay updated with platform algorithms and best practices to maximize reach and engagement.

**Campaign Development**:Plan, execute, and optimize social media advertising campaigns to achieve specific objectives (e.g., lead generation, brand awareness, sales).
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all channels.

**Analytics and Reporting**:Track and analyze key performance metrics using social media analytics tools.
Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, audience insights, and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.

**Community Engagement**:Foster and grow online communities, engage with followers, and build meaningful relationships with customers and influencers.
Encourage user-generated content and user participation.

**Stay Informed**:Keep up to date with industry trends, emerging social media platforms, and best practices to recommend innovative strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in social media marketing, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns.
- Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate new and engaging content ideas.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: Up to ₹28,000.00 per month
