Trainee Telecaller

**Job Title**: Junior Telecaller
**Experience**: Fresher - 6 months
**Location**: Khar West, Mumbai
**Salary**: ₹10,000 - ₹18,000 per month

**Qualification**:

- Minimum 12th pass

**Key Skills**:

- Good spoken and written English communication skills
- Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Confident, polite, and customer-friendly approach
- Ability to learn quickly and follow instructions
- Organized and detail-oriented

**Job Role & Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers for lead generation and sales
- Assist the senior sales person by scheduling calls, sharing lead details, and providing call updates
- Explain products/services clearly to customers and address their initial questions
- Follow up with interested leads and keep accurate records of all calls and interactions
- Maintain call logs, update CRM or spreadsheets, and support sales reporting
- Coordinate with internal teams when required for resolving customer queries

**Working With**:

- Will work directly under the guidance of a **Senior Sales Person** and support the sales team in daily telecalling and administrative tasks.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

- Day shift
