**Responsibilities**:

- Provide detailed information about the training program, including curriculum, benefits, and enrollment procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and interactions in our database.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective call scripts and outreach strategies.
- Support the admissions team with the enrollment process.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- **Proficiency in English is mandatory.**:

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in a telecaller or customer service role is preferred.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with database management.
