**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide basic technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Help manage user accounts, permissions, and password resets using tools like Active Directory.
- Assist in setting up workstations, including connecting peripherals and installing updates.
- Coordinate with the IT team and external vendors for hardware repairs or replacements.
- Support basic network troubleshooting, such as IP configuration and LAN/WAN issues.
- Follow company IT policies and security guidelines during support activities.
- Maintain proper documentation of technical issues and solutions provided.
- Provide remote and on-site support under supervision.

**Required Skill Sets**:

- Basic knowledge of Microsoft tools such as Office 365, Outlook, MS Teams, and Skype for Business.
- Understanding of how to install and set up hardware like printers, scanners, and workstations.
- Exposure to antivirus software (e.g., McAfee) and basic software troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems (Windows 10/8/7/XP); knowledge of macOS or Linux is a plus.
- Basic understanding of mobile device and tablet support.
- Exposure to ticketing tools like ServiceNow, Remedy, or similar systems is a plus.
- Familiarity with networking basics such as routers, firewalls, VPNs, and VLANs is desirable.
- Experience or willingness to learn about video conferencing setups (e.g., Polycom, Logitech).
- Ability to support and troubleshoot remote access tools like Bomgar, MS Teams, or Skype for Business.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
