Job Location

Achieving business goals and revenue targets.
- Overseeing daily operations, managing budgets, and setting performance objectives.
- Recruiting, training, and supporting general managers as well as conducting regular performance

appraisals.
- Developing and implementing business, marketing, and advertising plans.
- Co-ordination with the Product Management team for the Company.
- Identifying and providing feedback on Company’s & Competitors products to the Product Management

team.
- Managing internal and external stakeholder relations and negotiating contracts.
- Planning, evaluating, and optimizing operations to be efficient and cost-effective.
- Your salary is very confidential and should be known to you only.
- DCR should be on day-to-day basis through Web based reporting.
- You will achieve and improve the targeted YPM
- Ensuring company standards and procedures are followed.
- Preparing and presenting monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, analyses, and reports of

operations and finances.
- Dealing with escalated customer issues, incident reports, and legal actions.
- Maintain relationship with clients.
- Works well in a team and independently, strong attention to details and accuracy,
- Explaining the product to the customers, meeting sales targets.
- Achieving business goals and revenue targets.
- Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company’s

relationship with them.
- Provide daily report of field sales success and communicate VOC data to Management.

- Monday to Friday

Shift:

- Day shift
- Evening shift

Travel requirement:

- No travel

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Business development: 1 year (preferred)
- Lead generation: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Pondicheri, Puducherry (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Pondicheri, Puducherry: Relocate before starting work (required)
