**Role Description**:
**Experience: 0.6 to 1 Year**

**Key Qualifications**:

- Expertise in Career Counseling, Career Development, and Management
- Strong Student/Aspirant Counseling and Communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation abilities
- Solid problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Education, or a related field

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Understand Students’/Aspirants’ needs and provide guidance on relevant training programs
- Manage daily activities related to the training programs and student counseling
- Establish new connections for developing training programs
- Manage floor-related activities for student management

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
