Job description

Designation CNC Milling Machinist

Work experience 2 to 3 Years in a similar job profile.

Compensation Up to 3,50,000 CTC.

Key job responsibilities

1. Prepare and Operate CNC machines

2. Understand programming cutting strategy, tool selection and place tools onto turret as required.

3. Prepare and load raw material onto the machine and ensure proper location, orientation, and alignment.

4. Supervise the CNC machines while they execute the tasks and make any necessary adjustments to produce optimal results.

5. Inspect and measure in process and finished components and compare them with engineering drawings to determine if the process has been completed properly.

6. Check and maintain machines daily to ensure functionality.

7. Inspect and replace, tools, inserts and other consumables as required.

Key skills required:
1. Ability to quickly read and understand engineering drawings.

2. Knowledge of materials, tools, inserts, coolant, and other consumables used in CNC machining.

3. Knowledge and operational experience of 3 axis BFW CNC vertical milling machines with Fanuc controller.
