**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD models.
- Program CNC Turning and Milling machines (using FANUC, Siemens, or similar controllers).
- Set up tools, fixtures, and workpieces on machines as per job requirements.
- Operate CNC machines and monitor the machining process.
- Inspect finished parts using precision instruments (micrometers, calipers, height gauges, etc.).
- Make adjustments to offsets and feeds/speeds to ensure part accuracy and quality.
- Perform preventive maintenance and basic troubleshooting of machines.
- Optimize machining time and reduce tool wear.
- Maintain documentation and production reports.
- Work closely with QC and Production teams to meet delivery and quality targets.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- ITI/Diploma/ Graduate in Mechanical Engineering or relevant technical field.
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in CNC programming and operation (Turning & Milling).
- Strong knowledge of G-code/M-code and CNC programming software.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple machines if required.
- Good understanding of materials (Aluminum, SS, MS) and machining parameters.
- Knowledge of GD&T and CNC tooling systems.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with 3-axis and 4-axis milling machines.
- Exposure to CAM software like Mastercam, Fusion 360, or Siemens NX is a plus.
- Experience working in a component manufacturing or export-based company.
