Operating ISBM machines to produce high-quality plastic containers according to production schedules and quality standards.

Setting up and calibrating the ISBM machine before production runs, including adjusting settings such as temperature, pressure, and speed.

Loading raw materials, such as plastic pellets or preforms, into the machine's hopper or feeding system, and ensuring that the correct materials are used for each production run.

Monitoring the production process to ensure that the machine is operating efficiently and detecting any abnormalities or malfunctions that may affect product quality or machine performance.

Conducting quality checks on finished products, including dimensions, weight, and visual appearance, and making adjustments to the machine settings as needed to maintain quality standards.

Troubleshooting technical issues that arise during production, such as equipment malfunctions, and performing basic maintenance tasks to keep the machine running smoothly.

Adhering to safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and following lockout/tagout procedures.

Keeping accurate records of production activities, including production quantities, downtime, quality inspections, and any maintenance or repairs performed on the machine.

Pay: ₹9,723.83 - ₹26,740.83 per month
