**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote financial products and services.
- Explain product details, benefits, and features to customers to generate interest.
- Schedule appointments for sales teams with interested prospects.
- Follow up on leads and maintain a database of potential customers.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call targets and conversion goals.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information about products and services.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM software.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless lead conversion.
- Adhere to compliance and regulatory guidelines of the BFSI industry.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:

- Minimum **HSC/Graduate degree** (Bachelor’s in Commerce/Finance preferred).
- **1-3 years of experience** in telemarketing, telesales, or customer service (BFSI experience preferred).
- Strong communication and persuasive skills.
- Ability to handle objections and build rapport with clients.
- Basic knowledge of financial products like mutual funds, insurance, loans, etc., is a plus.
- Proficiency in **MS Office** and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a positive attitude.
- Fluency in **English and regional languages** is an advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
